  INFINITI; INTELLIGENT KEY IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION TIPS This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with Intelligent Key only. SERVICE INFORMATION When replacing or adding an Intelligent Key, it is very important to make sure the correct Intelligent Key is selected from the parts department. - A running change was made that will help identify the correct Intelligent Key. - Beginning in late 2017 and early 2018 the last five digits of the Intelligent Key part number is marked on the Intelligent Key under the mechanical key. - See page 2 for location images of this part number addition. NOTE: - A correct Intelligent Key may or may not have the last five digits of the part number as shown on page 2. - The above running change was applied as a ?help? to identify the correct Intelligent Key for a given vehicle, but the actual part number listed in the parts catalog did not change. - Make sure to use the electronic parts catalog (FAST) or equivalent to confirm the correct Intelligent Key for a given vehicle.

  2016-2018 Q50 AND 2017-2018 Q60; CHARGE AIR COOLER COOLING SYSTEM SERVICE INFORMATION This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with VR30DDTT V6 engine. SERVICE INFORMATION Whenever either or both charge air coolers (intercooler) on an applied vehicle?s VR30DDTT V6 engine is removed and reinstalled/replaced for any reason, make sure to properly bleed the charge air cooler (intercooler) cooling system. Use the SERVICE PROCEDURE in this bulletin for the proper intercooler cooling system bleeding. - The procedure in this bulletin is different than what is currently in the Electronic Service Manuals (ESMs). - The ESMs will be updated at a later date. CAUTION: If the intercooler cooling system bleeding procedure in this bulletin is not used: - Damage may occur to the intercooler electric water pump(s), AND/OR - One or more of the following DTCs may set: - P14A2, P14A3, P14A4, P14A5, P14A6, P14A7, P14A8, P14A9 - P14AA, P14AC P14AD, P14AE, P14AF - P14B0, P14B1, P14B2, P14B3, P14B5

  INTERIOR LAMPS INOPERATIVE IF YOU CONFIRM The interior lamps are inoperative (including map lamps, 2nd row personal lamps, door panel step lamps, and trunk lamps). NOTE: If this issue should occur, the outside door handle lamps will also be inoperative. ACTION 1. Set the parking brake. 2. Pull out the extended storage switch/fuse to the ?inventory/storage? position. 3. Start the engine. 4. Confirm the interior lamps are now working correctly. 5. Push in the extended storage switch/fuse to the ?customer delivery? position. NOTE: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for further diagnostic and repair information.

ACTION - If the accessory drive belt is currently only noisy, check it?s alignment with the procedure starting on page 3. - If the accessory drive belt has come off of the idler pulley, first repair the accessory drive belt and any collateral damage caused by the belt, and then Proceed to Re-align A/C Compressor on page 6.   INFINITI; DIAGNOSIS INFORMATION FOR ABS DTC C1130 SERVICE INFORMATION When diagnosing for DTC C1130 (ENGINE SIGNAL): ECM related DTCs (P-codes) must be diagnosed, repaired, and DTCs erased first. - DTC C1130 is an ABS DTC that indicates an output signal of the ECM is not recognized. - Absent or incorrect ECM signals, that are indicated by corresponding P-codes, may trigger C1130 in the ABS control unit. - Some vehicle features that can be affected by absent or incorrect ECM signals are: - Forward Emergency Braking (FEB) - Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC) - VDC/ABS/TCS
