  17318 - Customer Satisfaction. On certain vehicles equipped with a rear vision camera (RPO UVC), 4-wheel disc brakes dual rear wheels (RPO J96), and audio system (RPO IOB), the following conditions may exist. After the vehicle has been placed in reverse for five seconds or when shifting out of reverse, the infotainment display may reset, causing the radio to be unavailable during the reboot and the backup camera to not function. Dealers are to reprogram the radio.
