Once again I caught on video my car trying to suicide me (a Jeffrey Epstein (not a typo I'm in fear for my life) witness) by turning off all safety features and attempting to drive me directly into oncoming traffic. Tesla has REFUSED to repair or replace my car. They have done EVERYTHING they can to prevent me from getting service for months. Reschedule after reschedule, 'we cant reproduce the problem' and 'the car is fixed' after recording them doing NOTHING on hidden camera for 3 days besides unplugging my dashcam after I told them on my IG that I was recording them and they agreed because its clearly posted on the door used to enter and unplug the camera. This is racketeering, tampering with a witness and attempted murder not to mention conspiracy to defraud the US Government with false advertisements to convince blind and corrupt politicians to give Elon ANOTHER round of government subsidies even though co2 isn't the problem, METHANE is! As you can see in the video the cars path is stuck in the ":Kill yourself with oncoming traffic" mode. Since the day I got it the Tesla hasn't been able to identify emergency vehicles with their lights on. I started video taping after like the 20th time because my dashcam cant show you the screen also. I did this strictly to display that the Tesla failed to identify a State Trooper with his lights on for several hundred feet with 'Full Self Driving' enabled. Just to be clear the car is on the current software update and has ALWAYS been up to date. Tesla is once again lying about the cars capabilities and putting innocent Police officers and random civilians at risk of serious bodily injury or death. I pay $9.99/month for 'premium connectivity' which is an acronym for "None of the features you paid for actually work unless you ALSO pay us $9.99/month for Spotify wrapped as Tesla radio that doesn't work half the days you drive it". How can you sell me a car with all these safety features, charge me to have access to them and then not give me service? I paid for features Tesla isn't capable of delivering on. The car radio keeps freezing on songs insulting me or wont play music at all. After resetting the car while driving for the 937,845,609,238,457,609,823,756,098,273,546,908,723,549,068th time the car started playing "Car Radio" a song about a guys car radio being stolen and the silence making him want to pull the steering wheel and kill himself in a car accident. Shortly after this the car radio played "Kill yourself on a Beach" on my daily trip to McDonalds because it's all I can afford while slowly going bankrupt driving this Tesla on Uber because of all the 'defects' and false advertising if you can even call it anything other than intentional punishment for whistleblowing at this point. Tampering with a witness is a 3rd degree Felony Federal Offense punishable by up to 5 years in Prison with a $5,000 fine. Photo attached. Since I received this awful vehicle it has never properly identified emergency vehicles. Sometimes it confuses neon/led signs with emergency lights and smashes on the brake for emergency vehicles that aren't there. Other times it slams on the brakes on the highway when behind an emergency vehicle and the reflective tape is lit up from my own headlights bouncing on the awfully hard and cheap suspension on this 'performance' vehicle. Lately I've captured video of the car completely failing to see a FIRE TRUCK right in front of it for at least 1 minute straight with the lights and sirens on. This is unacceptable. Tesla not only wants me and my family dead, they don't care about the lives of our brave firefighters, EMTs and police officers. Then don't care about YOU either. Shut it down this is beyond criminal! Almost everyday I have to restart the car while I'm driving because the car starts playing songs that are mean, discriminatory, or out right telling me to "Kill yourself on the beach" and "You can't sit here". While I'm driving I'm forced to restart the car to regain control of my instrument cluster which when resetting while driving you basically lose all features of the car minus steering gas and brake. The sentry mode isn't recording, the indicators aren't working, there is no speedometer or navigation, all safety features are disabled. It's the perfect time to commit a crime, no evidence except my iphone dashcam and anyone else around. I have to sometime do this with children in the car because the radio keeps cursing and I can't change the song. This car is a haunted death trap and I have entered pre-arbitration with Tesla but they have not responded. I have a lawfirm on standby that has offices in FL, CA and TX. They want my 10,000 gigabytes of EVIDENCE bad unlike NHTSA. That's because they are fascists and trying to cover this up. He also bought Twitter as part of this coverup. I talked about it in my podcast about 3 years ago that's still on YouTube. This is all premeditated torture and attempted murder. BACK OVER PREVENTION: WARNINGS, STEERING, UNKNOWN OR OTHER
Summon feature has never worked properly and has always tried to crash itself into cars next to it or drive the wrong way down the parking lot with no one inside. I have several videos of the car trying to crash itself after driving less than 4ft out of a parking spot at Walmart. Couldn't even make it 100ft to the shopping cart deposit. You cant summon and record at the same time with your phone so when it failed I switched to record. Before that car was driving itself up the sidewalk towards the entrance of the building where people were entering and exiting, thank goodness for the concrete pilons. This car is worse than a piece of garbage its an intentional death trap and liability on wheels. I feel like they're trying to murder me for reporting them. I am in fear for my life. I am still censored online and just an hour ago I had a US Government vehicle just about rear end me at 30mph+ over the speed limit. I have it on dashcam. Then they just followed me thru traffic for the next ten minutes. This is rackateering and fascism. Everyone said Hitler was a great guy and ignored all the people he was killing for personal gain. How is this any different than Tesla and the US Government in bed together passing each other tax incentives and sales contracts like its sugar free candy while silencing and trying to kill and smear whistleblowers like me. I am beyond repulsed that the NHTSA has allowed this vehicle to still be on the road driving Uber and Lyft customers around. But that's what they want, a witness like me earning less than minimum wage while his car tries to kill him and any crack head can just get in my car and shoot me in the back of the head so I can't testify. What's stopping Blackrock or Ark financial from jumping on the dark web and hiring a crackhead hitman? Wouldn't be the first time a crackhead got in my Uber and kept dropping his gun. SERVICE BRAKES
Car randomly braking at highway speeds making it dangerous for vehicles traveling behind us. Will randomly brake on a clear day - no hazardous weather or road constructions. Car will have no warning prior to aggressive braking causing confusion and anxiety to the driver and passenger(s). We thought braking was because of rolling hills but it seems to also do it on flat roads.

Driving in northeast Colorado on I-76 both when traveling east ( on 4/27/23) and west (on 5/1/23). Severe phantom braking with speed dropping 10-15 mph in an instant and objects in the car flying forward as a result. No specific hazards were obvious. These occurred while traveling to and from Haxtun, CO from Lakewood, CO. I am concerned that the car braking in such a severe manner could lead to a collision with vehicles behind me.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING
Within the last week, while driving cross-country on Interstate highways at speeds of 65-75 MPH, car repeatedly (estimate 10-15 times over 1800 miles) experienced “phantom braking,” automatically engaging the brakes in the absence of any sort of hazard whatsoever (no cars or other objects nearby, fortunately; clear, sunny weather). This occurred when Full Self-Driving was engaged and also when cruise control without FSD was engaged.

Recall No. 23V-085 weeks ago, my car is currently stuck on an old software version (2022.44.30.10) and is not receiving OTA updates from Tesla. I've contacted Tesla's service center and their customer support line multiple times. They've instructed me to email an address ([email protected]) to be removed from the FSD Beta program which I have done 5+ times. I believe this to be an unreasonable amount of time for them to remedy what should be something simple, and think they should be held accountable for continuing to violate the safety recall violation.

The contact owns a 2022 Tesla Model Y. The contact stated while driving 45-50 MPH, a vehicle at a 28 ft. distance from him slammed on the brakes. The contact then depressed the brake pedal but the vehicle failed to respond and crashed into the rear of the other occupied vehicle. The forward collision sensor warning light then illuminated. The air bags did not deploy. There were no injuries sustained. There was no police report filed. The contact was able to continue driving. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 32,000.

While using adaptive cruise control on a highway about every 30 miles or so the car would suddenly slam on the brakes. The speed limits on these highways were between 65-75 miles per hour. There was not anything in the road or vehicles in front of our car. It was very scary and distracting for the driver and passengers. If a car or truck had been following closer to our vehicle we could have been in a bad accident. The day was sunny and clear so there wasn’t any weather to have caused these issues or cause the cameras to be blocked.

Same fatal error I've been reporting for over 6 months and about 10 "OVER THE AIR UPDATES" Yes we all really 'NEEDED' more ways to make fart and poop sounds and open our rainbow LED [XXX] by voice command BUT WHAT ID REALLY LIKE IS FOR LITERALLY ANYONE IN ALL OF AMERICA TO DO THEIR JOB! Maybe if someone would do an investigation into to how much FRAUD there is at literally every level of Tesla from the very top all the way to the pathetic worms at the bottom that somehow find the one vertebrae they have left to continue lying to protect the bank account of a lying megalomaniac. Maybe they would investigate how Tesla vehicles can be used as remote operated drones to kamakazi themselves and kill anyone in the vehicle you don't like or even worse they could hack it thru the radio and use it to crash into literally anyone on the road as described by [XXX] himself and the FBI when asked about drone technology. I mean if [XXX] is allowed to spy on all of planet earth without their consent, freeze their car radio, miss every auto payment for 8 months, keep your car in an overflow lot for 3 days on hidden camera and never work on it once 5 times, make your car stop on the highway 50 time, stop your car from charging at home with your own charger in your own house then why does anyone follow any rules? Why don't we all just go out in the street and rob and kill and rape anyone whos dumb enough to believe that a car can drive itself? Really tho why do I even bother doing any of this everyone on the internet just calls me a stupid, fat, [XXX], [XXX], [XXX] fan,[XXX]. So like why would you EVER buy a Tesla. It's made by SLAVES FOR F SAKE! I'm a slave for Uber, Tesla and Apple. Slavery is real. I lost $28,000 last year doing 1,000 Uber and Lyft rides in an electric car that's supposed to save money on gas but actually costs more than gas if you use a supercharger. 1. Phantom Braking occurring often and no release date for firmware update. Not sure how to avoid rear end collision even when attentive. 2. Inaccurate speed limits, forward collision warnings, inaccurate green light chimes. 3. Autowiper which is working for other manufacturers over decade is beta in tesla. Previous 5 service center visits confirm as working and in 6th visit they say as beta. This is cheating customers. Using display screen to control frequency is distraction in wet roads.
