  UJQ without RS9 Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software level to 22.5. Customers may experience one or more of the following: Arabic language is missing. Navigation inoperable. Bottom menu bar of the radio is non responsive or frozen. After viewing the weather map following a flood advisory popup, the main soft key's at the bottom of the screen may not respond when pressed. Radio will not turn off. Poor AM/FM Reception. Radio may reset, turn itself off and then back on again. Radio display screen lock up. Park assist chime will continue to chime after the vehicle is turned off. Uconnect Live feature may not function properly.

If a Demon customer (U.S. Only) visits the dealership prior to being contacted or receiving the RRT letter from SRT, please have the customer call SRT Premium Care at 1-855-778-8326 to arrange an appointment. Ask the customer to reference ?Replacing their Demon Hood Bezel? when calling.All (U.S. Only) customers will be contacted by a Customer Care Advisor regarding this Service Bulletin. If the customer (U.S. Only) chooses to have their vehicle repaired by a third party preferred paint facility with reimbursement,an inspection with photos of the damaged paint are to be performed by the dealership. These customers must also receive a new hood bezel from the dealership for installation at a third party facility.Perform the Diagnostic Procedure. Proceed toStep 1of the Diagnostic Procedure. All (Canadian Only) customer vehicles must be inspected. Hood bezels will only be released through the Tech Hotline Center 1-800-361-2702 (English) or 1-800-361-1702 (French).

Customers may experience one or more of the following: Green horizontal lines on back up display, in reverse (If this is the customer concern use camera LOP 18-60-02-Y7, on JL vehicles only). Ghost Touch, features, modes and App?s changing, without drivers input. Speaker pop noise when using Bluetooth device. When vehicle is first started the radio will reset and the time display shows 12:00. Audio distortion and volume fluctuation. Blank rear camera image in reverse (If this is the customer concern use camera LOP 18-60-02-Y7) JL only. Audio cutting in and out during memory recall. Ring tone too loud. AM/FM volume fluctuates. While in CarPlay® or AndroidAuto® Google® maps showing wrong location. Phone disconnected after first call. Black screen or White screen with vertical lines. PIN clear and volume locked while KeySense is used. Audio static while in SXM/SAT modes. Echo heard during Bluetooth phone calls. The radio is locked up. The radio remains on after ignition has been turned off. The radio resets. The radio screen turns black. The radio screen shows messages ?Software Update? or ?Reinsert USB Device? and displays that screen in a continuous loop.

Customers may experience one or more of the following:Arabic language is not listed in language page. Radio may reset, turn itself off and then back on again. Radio display screen lock up. Park assist chime will continue to chime after the vehicle is turned off. Russian language is not listed in language page.
