Technical background: The micro switch signal of the door lock is not recognised or is recognised briefly, a counter press of the door by the operative is required to clearly recognise the signal Insufficient back pressure of door (door closing loads / seal load) results in the pawl microswitch signal becoming too short. This short signal is then calculated as an error state by address 0003 -Brake electronics.

Technical background It is possible for the engine coolant Thermostat to corrode over time, this corrosion is due to an adverse reaction of the Thermostat material with the engine coolant. The corrosion and subsequent build-up of debris prevents the correct operation of the thermostat when closing, resulting in over cooling. The ECM triggers a DTC when the target engine temperature is outside of the specified parameter.

Scenario 1 Vibration of 1.2 to 1.4 KHz is produced from the rear brakes whilst braking at low speed Whilst braking at low speed, a vibration of 1.2 to 1.4 KHz or 5 KHz can be produced from friction between the rear brake pad and disc resulting in rear brake noise/squeal Scenario 2 Vibration of 3.4 KHz is produced from the rear brakes While braking at low speed a vibration of 3.4 KHz can be produced during brake application at low speed resulting in rear brake noise/squeal Scenario 3 Vibration of 5 KHz is produced from the rear brakes whilst braking at low speed Whilst braking at low speed, a vibration of 5 KHz can be produced from friction between the rear brake pad and disc resulting in rear brake noise/squeal.
