I have a 2018 Ford Edge with the 2.0L EcoBoost engine. Currently the head gasket is cracked and coolant is constantly dripping out under hood. Im constantly running out of coolant and my engine light is on.

The 2018 Edge has been having Engine misfires for at least 3 months. Edge has had rough starts in the AMs - Check engine has gone on and off. Two main concerns is that the issue with the 2.0 Eco boost is the coolant intrusion into cylinders causing a whole engine replacement. Currently the 2018 Edge only has 65,723 Miles Ford has quoted the repair at a cost of 11k I was prompted to take vehicle in because when I was driving on the Highway at 65mph the engine gives gives you a message the car is going to overheat - so it will automatically reduce engine power to not crack the engine block but not great when you are travelling at a high rate of speed.
